All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Liverpool atelier. During peak seasons, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two refined shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95):
Your order will be shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch. - Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
Your order will be shipped via EMS with delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges
Should any item from our collection of Oxford shirts, chore jackets, or knitwear not meet your exacting standards, we offer a refined returns process designed with the same attention to detail that defines our sartorial collections.
Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original, unworn condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Footwear (including formal footwear) that has been worn or shows signs of wear
- Hats not returned in pristine condition with all protective linings intact
Returns Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Notification: Contact our style advisors at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for efficient processing.
- Approval: Our Liverpool-based team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Shipping: Ship the package to our Liverpool address using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the standard returns process above
- Clearly indicate your desired replacement item in your return request
- We will process your exchange once the original item is received and inspected
- Should your exchange item be of higher value, we will contact you for payment of the difference. For lower value items, we will refund the difference.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
- Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
